Insight Global is looking for a Mobile Application Developer to join our client in the online food ordering industry on a 6-month contract basis with the possibility of extension. This role is remote, however the successful candidate must sit in either the EST or AST time zone. The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 3-years of mobile application development experience within React Native, with exposure to additional technologies such as iOS, Kotlin and Swift. The successful candidate will be migrating code from multiple different mobile applications to React Native to ensure alignment across all applications. You will be following pre-determined best practices outlined in JIRA, in addition to the designs the existing team has already created. You'll be moving code from the current app into new journeys.
Must Haves
- 3+ years' experience of hands-on mobile application development, specifically within React Native
- Strong experience working within iOS, Kotlin and Swift as it relates to mobile application development
- Ability to migrate outdated code into React Native
- Experience with JavaScript and React
