What you´ll do
- Helping to ensure a smooth and effective end-to-end process for haircare/styling/body and coloration projects
- Responsibility for steering of Artwork approval process in internal tools
- Responsibility for checking of submitted versions of artworks from designers, whether all comments were applied
- Responsibility for collection/storage of country translations
- Responsibility for data accuracy checks
- Point of contact for various stakeholders
- Keeping of project trackers up-to-date
- Data storage management
What makes you a good fit
- At least one year of previous working experience (project management, administration, marketing, etc.)
- Active level of English language (verbal and written) is a must - communication with stakeholders on daily basis (phone/email)
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Accuracy & attention to detail
- Time management & project management skills
- Structured way of working with a flexible approach
- Analytical thinking, energetic and driving attitude, independence

Minimum salary: 1460 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
