What You'll Do:

• Design and develop high-performance, multi-asset class trading platforms using C# .NET.
• Apply Agile methodologies to enhance user experience and ensure scalability.
• Innovate and contribute to the design of future functionalities.
• Develop both GUI and server-side components using Core C# .NET.
• Optimize application performance using .NET profiling tools.
• Leverage object-oriented principles to deliver advanced software solutions.
• Engage with enterprise production environments and provide operational support.
• Contribute to unit testing for robust software quality.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing multi-threaded applications with C# .NET.
• Strong understanding of .NET Core, including server-side and GUI development.
• Proficiency with .NET memory and performance profiling tools.
• Expertise in object-oriented programming.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with enterprise production environments and unit testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Experience in finance or fintech is a significant plus. Experience with trading systems is ideal.
• Strong academic credentials and demonstrated interest in finance will be considered for candidates from other industries with complex, high-performance application development experience.

Visa Considerations:

• We offer relocation and will transfer H-1B visas.
• Green Card sponsorship is available for highly qualified candidates with at least 2 years remaining on their H-1B or an approved I-140.
