We’re looking for a Crypto Marketing Director who thrives on building user-centric campaigns, scaling global communities, and driving user acquisition in the digital asset space. You'll take the lead in crafting and executing growth marketing strategies to position our brand at the forefront of the crypto industry.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead growth marketing: Design and execute end-to-end strategies that drive measurable user growth and retention across all channels.
• Campaign execution: Build and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, influencer, content) to support new product launches and community engagement.
• Market strategy: Develop insights-driven marketing plans based on trends, competitor analysis, and user behavior.
• Community growth: Cultivate and expand vibrant, engaged communities across Discord, Telegram, Twitter/X, and emerging platforms.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and business development teams to align messaging and maximise impact.
• Analytics & optimisation: Monitor performance metrics, iterate on campaigns, and optimise for KPIs including CAC, LTV, and engagement.
• Brand positioning: Strengthen our brand presence and voice in a rapidly evolving market landscape.
• Trend monitoring: Stay ahead of the curve on crypto, Web3, and cultural trends that influence our target audiences.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in growth marketing, ideally within crypto, fintech, or tech startups.
• A strong track record of designing and executing campaigns that acquire and retain users.
• Deep understanding of community-led growth and social media strategies.
• Experience working with influencers, partnerships, and paid media in the crypto space.
• Strategic thinker with excellent execution and project management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
• Exceptional communication skills and comfort operating in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
• Passion for blockchain technology, DeFi, or Web3 innovation.

• Experience launching tokens or contributing to crypto protocol growth.
• Background in PR, branding, or community-led product development.
• Prior leadership of remote, distributed marketing teams.
