What we're looking for

Our client, a US-based digital marketing agency that helps lifestyle and wellness brands grow through content-driven strategies, is seeking a Copywriter focused on CRM to write compelling email and SMS copy. This role is key to driving retention, reactivation, and lifetime value through thoughtful, metrics-driven messaging.

Responsibilities

• Write engaging, conversion-focused copy for automated flows and campaign emails across multiple clients.
• Craft SMS promotions that balance urgency with brand storytelling.
• Partner with CRM leads to personalize content based on behavior, geography, and product affinity.
• Plan and execute A/B tests with clear hypotheses and analyze results weekly.
• Proactively suggest new creative and segmentation ideas to improve performance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience writing email and SMS campaigns, preferably for e-commerce brands.
• Proven track record of increasing metrics like revenue per recipient or open/click rates.
• Solid understanding of CRM strategy and email campaign best practices.
• Experience working with Klaviyo or similar email service providers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet consistent monthly deadlines.
• A solid portfolio showcasing your work

Nice to have

• Background in the beverage or spirits industry.
• Familiarity with compliance considerations in alcohol marketing.
• Understanding of lifecycle marketing strategy and DTC funnels.
