You thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving real customer problems, and can seamlessly collaborate across technical and business teams.As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you’ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement across the company—ensuring efficiency, alignment, and sustainable performance as we grow.

What You’ll Do Day-to-day

  • Collaborate closely with the Operational Excellence (OPEX) Leader to establish, implement, and monitor quality assurance standards across design, production, and distribution.
  • Support ongoing optimization of quality processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
  • Ensure all products and processes meet internal quality requirements and exceed customer expectations.
  • Conduct internal process audits, identify non-conformities, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Recommend improvements for production lines and logistics processes to enhance output quality and reduce variability.
  • Oversee supplier quality—monitor performance, manage non-conformances, and lead improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze product and process issues using root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions.
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits, ensuring readiness and compliance.
  • Maintain and manage quality documentation in line with company standards.
  • Prepare and update procedures, instructions, and quality reports within the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Develop and maintain digital reporting and documentation systems to improve quality process sustainability.
  • Analyze customer feedback and initiate structured improvement loops for product and process development.

What You'll Bring To Our Team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical-Electronics Engineering (or a related discipline).
  • 3+ years of experience in quality management systems and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and internal auditing principles.
  • Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, RCA, and CAPA.
  • Experience in documentation and reporting with strong attention to detail and record-keeping practices.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and a data-driven approach to quality and process improvement.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and experience managing change effectively.
