We’re now looking for a Video Editor with a strong creative vision and a proactive approach.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Turn raw footage or concepts into emotionally powerful, high-converting videos for social media, websites, and campaigns
• Take ownership of editing choices, deciding on cuts, pacing, audio, transitions, effects, and overall style
• Translate abstract ideas, behavioral insights, and campaign messages into visual storytelling
• Select music and sound design that matches emotional intent and enhances engagement
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, and content creators to bring narratives to life
• Develop and maintain templates and editing systems for efficiency and consistency
• Provide creative guidance and propose ideas proactively before we even ask
• Stay updated with trends, formats, and platform-specific techniques for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other media

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience in video editing for brands or agencies
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, emotional pacing, and editing mastery
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and sound design tools
• A keen eye for visual rhythm, movement, and transitions
• Ability to work with minimal direction and take initiative in shaping the final output
• Understanding of how to align visuals and audio with psychological triggers and marketing goals
• Familiarity with social video formats (shorts, reels, ads, carousels, etc.)
• Solid communication skills and comfort working in a remote, collaborative team environment
• Bonus: Animation or motion graphics skills, experience in behavioral marketing or advertising
