What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and maintain websites on Shopify and WordPress, with a focus on performance, UX, and SEO best practices
• Customize themes, troubleshoot bugs, and implement plugin or app integrations
• Work closely with designers, content creators, and strategists to turn behavioral insights into high-converting site experiences
• Optimize websites for mobile responsiveness, loading speed, and conversion
• Set up and maintain analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, etc.) to track behavioral metrics
• Implement A/B tests and support funnel optimization
• Collaborate with the team during strategy and design phases to give technical input

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in web development with proven work on Shopify and WordPress
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid (for Shopify), and PHP (for WordPress)
• Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, Oxygen, and Shopify theme editors
• Experience with third-party integrations: Klaviyo, Google Tag Manager, Shopify apps, and WordPress plugins
• Strong attention to detail and a clean coding approach
• Good command of English and ability to collaborate across teams remotely
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Experience with SEO (technical and on-page)
• Familiarity with CRO tools and Shopify metafields
