Game Designer in CYPRUS

Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the game design vision, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
• Create engaging gameplay mechanics, systems, and features.
• Develop detailed design documentation, including wireframes and gameplay flowcharts.
• Collaborate with developers, artists, and other team members to implement designs.
• Playtest and iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Game Designer or similar role in game development.
• Experience creating prototypes / MVP, validating gameplay hypothesis
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, systems design, and player psychology.
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively through documentation and prototypes.
• Passion for gaming with a focus on delivering exceptional player experiences.
• Familiarity with Unity and game development workflows.

Bonus:

• Experience designing for WebGL or browser-based games.
• Knowledge of live-ops and games-as-a-service models.
• Mathematical Background
• Experience operating games with $500K in monthly revenue
