Operations Analyst (Remote) in INDONESIA

IPOT, a popular Asian fusion restaurant based in San Francisco, is seeking a smart, self-driven Operations Analyst to help manage and improve key areas of the business. This is a remote, flexible role for someone who can wear multiple hats—handling admin tasks, coordinating marketing, tracking expenses, and assisting with hiring.

You’ll work closely with ownership to support the day-to-day needs of the restaurant from behind the scenes, helping us stay organized and scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee general administrative workflows and digital organization
• Assist with marketing coordination, including social media planning
• Track and report business expenses and receipts
• Manage job postings, screen candidates, and support onboarding
• Create light documentation or process guides as needed
• Collaborate directly with the founder on operational tasks and strategy

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Self-starter with a problem-solving attitude
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Excel, ChatGPT, Zoho, etc.
• Experience in admin, operations, marketing or small business support is a plus
• Passion for the food / hospitality industry is a bonus
