The Role
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to design and execute scalable, high-performing lead funnels across channels. You’ll take full ownership of the lead-gen engine — from strategy and setup to analysis and optimization — helping us grow our qualified pipelines efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accountability, works fast without cutting corners, is comfortable working with targets, and knows how to turn data into predictable growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and implement a comprehensive lead-generation framework, and execute and optimize multi-channel lead generation efforts.
* Build and manage high-converting funnels
* Set timelines and expectations for overall lead delivery.
* Own CRM systems and pipeline health (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar) — ensuring follow-ups and reporting are airtight.
* Track, report, and optimize based on KPIs.
* Work closely with development, paid media, and content teams to align targeting, messaging, and lead scoring.
You’ll Succeed If You Have
* 3+ years of experience in a lead generation/business development role — agency, SaaS, eCom, or service business.
* Demonstrated success in developing and scaling lead pipelines with quality, not just quantity.
* Strong analytical mindset and testing discipline — you know your numbers and how to improve them.
* Self-starter attitude — minimal hand-holding needed, just clear goals and ownership.
