Human Resources Generalist in EGYPT

We're looking for a dedicated and skilled HR Generalist to support and drive key HR functions, especially in talent acquisition, organizational development, overseas recruitment, and HR operations.

What You’ll Achieve

Talent Acquisition & Hiring

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top local and international talent.
  • Conduct job analyses and create clear, tailored job descriptions for various roles.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including professional networks, job boards, and social media.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process: screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Support overseas recruitment by handling visa processing, relocation support, and integration.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness) to improve hiring outcomes.

Organizational Development (OD)

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training priorities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of learning initiatives, leadership programs, and succession plans.
  • Support performance management by helping define and monitor KPIs across departments.
  • Participate in change management efforts to foster a culture of innovation and adaptability.
  • Contribute to employee engagement programs, including surveys and action planning.

Employee Relations & HR Operations

  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain and update HR records, contracts, and employee documentation in line with company and data protection standards.
  • Assist in resolving workplace issues, performance challenges, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team for timely and accurate compensation and benefits.
  • Manage the company’s medical insurance program, including employee enrollments, claims follow-up, renewals, and communication with the insurance provider.


What You’ll Bring to ACC

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with solid exposure to recruitment, organizational development, and HR operations.
  • Hands-on experience in overseas recruitment and coordinating international hiring processes.
  • Familiarity with managing medical insurance programs and dealing with insurance providers.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
