About Mistahou Financial Group Ltd
Mistahou Financial Group Ltd is a globally active conglomerate operating in the strategic sectors of real estate, engineering, infrastructure finance, and project development. Our operations span across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, with high-impact projects ranging from institutional complexes and energy facilities to luxury developments and smart cities.
We combine financial strategy with architectural innovation to deliver projects that redefine value, sustainability, and cultural identity. As we scale our design and visualization capabilities, we are seeking an elite-level Unreal Engine Artist to support our international team in communicating bold visions through immersive, photorealistic environments.
Role Overview
We are looking for an exceptionally skilled Unreal Engine Artist and 3D Visualization Specialist, capable of handling advanced real-time rendering workflows for engineering, architecture, and infrastructure projects.
This is not a junior role. You will be expected to lead the visualization process for masterplans, complex structural projects, and premium real estate developments—translating data-heavy models into vivid, cinematic, and emotionally engaging outputs. You must be highly proficient in both artistic rendering and technical optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-fidelity, real-time 3D scenes in Unreal Engine 5, including the integration of CAD/BIM models, landscape elements, and interactive environments.
- Produce cinematic walkthroughs, still visualizations, and video content for investor presentations, regulatory approvals, and marketing.
- Create lighting schemes, complex material setups (using PBR, Lumen, Nanite), and virtual camera animations for architectural and infrastructural storytelling.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, planners, and project executives to interpret technical data and conceptual intent.
- Use Datasmith and similar pipelines to import geometry from Rhino, Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or IFC workflows.
- Build reusable material libraries, asset kits, environment templates, and modular scenes for rapid deployment across multiple projects.
- Participate in internal reviews, provide feedback on design intent, and iterate visual solutions for high-level stakeholder presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 3D visualization or real-time rendering (preferably in architecture or engineering sectors).
- Mastery of Unreal Engine 5, including Nanite, Lumen, Post-Processing, Sequencer, and Blueprints for visualization purposes.
- Strong portfolio of work showing real-time projects, cinematic renders, and architectural animations.
- Expert in PBR material workflows, UV unwrapping, lighting setup, and camera choreography.
- Proficient in tools such as:
- 3ds Max / Blender / Rhino / Revit / SketchUp
- Substance Painter / Designer
- Quixel Bridge / Megascans
- Adobe Premiere / After Effects (for post-production, optional)
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, BIM models, and engineering documentation.
- Excellent time management, remote work ethic, and capacity to handle multiple deadlines across time zones.
Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory)
- Experience in VR/AR development or interactive application design
- Scripting skills in Blueprint or Python for automation and interactive tools
- Familiarity with Git, version control, or cloud-based asset collaboration platforms
- Background in structural or civil engineering modeling a significant plus
What We Offer
- Work with an international team of engineers, designers, and strategists on impactful global projects
- Exposure to cutting-edge infrastructure, institutional, and real estate developments
- Competitive compensation based on portfolio and seniority (long-term contracts available)
- Full remote flexibility with deliverables-based performance metrics
- Access to internal design libraries, Unreal workflows, and research-driven design briefs
- Possibility of international travel or site visits for major projects (optional)
