Coders Connect is a tech recruitment agency partnering with ambitious companies across Europe and North America. We specialise in building teams across software engineering, product, data, design, and commercial functions for startups, scaleups, and global innovators.


We’re now hiring a Talent Partner who is skilled in full-cycle 360° recruitment - from sourcing candidates to managing offers and hires and who has at least some experience working with customers or supporting account management. You’ll support live hiring needs, drive sourcing, and gradually take on business development responsibilities. Working side-by-side with our Lead Talent Partner, you’ll be trusted with real responsibility from day one.


🔧 What You’ll Be Doing


Candidate Delivery

  • Own end-to-end sourcing for roles in software engineering, product, data, design, and commercial domains
  • Build and execute creative outreach campaigns to engage top talent
  • Conduct screening calls that go beyond the CV – understanding motivation, fit, and potential
  • Write compelling and structured candidate summaries that give hiring managers clear insights
  • Keep pipelines moving: stay organised in our ATS, manage comms proactively, and always follow up


Client Engagement

  • Attend client briefings and discovery calls to capture hiring needs in real time
  • Align with hiring managers on ideal candidate profiles and evolving role requirements
  • Share market trends, candidate feedback, and sourcing strategies to influence better hiring decisions
  • Build trust with clients by communicating progress regularly and clearly


Business Development

  • Proactively research and map out potential new client leads (with guidance and tools provided)
  • Assist with messaging, outreach, and lead nurturing via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Join BD calls to learn how we pitch, then gradually take the lead as your confidence grows
  • Think like a partner – always on the lookout for opportunities to add value and strengthen relationships

They are comfortable working asynchronously and taking full ownership of the sourcing-to-placement cycle across different time zones. They don’t just wait for roles; they create opportunities.


✅ Core Skills & Experience


Essential Experience:

  • 3–5 years of 360° recruitment experience (high-impact agency or embedded/RPO)
  • Proven sourcing and placement success across North American markets and European markets will be an added bonus.
  • Experience working in tech verticals such as Data, Software Engineering
  • Track record of client onboarding, relationship building, and candidate management
  • Competent with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and basic web scraping techniques
  • Proactive business development mindset and strong business acumen – knows how to identify leads and pitch on call or via messaging
  • Background in a high-impact small agency or startup environment
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills a MUST
  • Reliable working setup
