Requirements
What you'll be up to:
Seamless Client Onboarding - Facilitate a smooth transition for new Marketing clients, ensuring clarity and alignment from the start
Effective Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams and clients to collect requirements, promote transparent and open communication
Proactive Project Oversight - Track team progress, swiftly address challenges, and keep stakeholders informed with timely updates
Strategic Project & Resource Management - Optimise workflows and allocate resources effectively to drive efficiency and success
Continuous Improvement - Conduct thorough post-project evaluations to pinpoint strengths and uncover areas for enhancement.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a project coordinator in a marketing or related role
Advanced Interpersonal and Communication Skills - Effectively convey information to build strong relationships both internally and with external stakeholders
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in Slack, Trello, Google Workspace and Zoho would be a great advantage
Experience working in a collaborative team environment
Benefits
Salary range is between £25.000-£30.000, negotiable and dependent on experience

Company Bonus 10% of salary once company goals are met or at the company's discretion which has been paid the past 5 years in a row
Service Bonus of £1,000 per annum paid into your monthly salary up to 5 years / £5,000
