About Narrable

At Narrable, we’re on a mission to improve healthcare for the 82 million senior patients in their homes. As more Americans age, the demand for more convenient forms of healthcare continues to grow—with a majority of senior Americans preferring at-home treatment. And yet, existing software solutions for care providers are outdated and cumbersome.

Narrable is the modern, AI-powered platform for healthcare at home. Our intelligent clinical solutions and automated financial systems save providers up to 60% in inefficiencies per year. Home health providers across the nation choose Narrable to deliver on their promise to patients and families.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for Directors of Nursing and other decision-makers at Home Health agencies. You’ll use a thoughtful, multi-channel approach including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and more to engage prospects around solving real problems—like nurse burnout, documentation fatigue, and staff retention—with our AI-powered solution, AI Scribe.

You’ll partner closely with marketing to execute targeted campaigns and deliver qualified meetings that turn into revenue.

You will:

·       Use a structured multi-touch outbound approach: cold calling, email, LinkedIn, voicemail, etc to achieve at least 20 qualified meetings per week

·       Personalize outreach using research (e.g., job postings, social media activity, leadership changes)

·       Book qualified discovery calls and demos for Account Executives

·       Execute SPIN sell methodology to close leads

·       Track and manage all activities

·       Use feedback loops from sales calls to refine messaging and improve campaigns

You are:

·       An exceptional communicator who can deliver compelling messaging by phone, email, and social (You do not sound like a telemarketer!)

·       A strong closer who can book the next meeting or convince a lead to adopt our solution

·       Comfortable hearing and handling objections — and turning them into opportunities

·       Highly organized and accountable for outreach volume and results

·       Coachable and hungry to learn outbound strategy, sales psychology, and objection handling

You have extensive experience in several of the following:

·       At least 4 years of experience in conducting cold outreach across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn) with consistent results

·       Personalizing outreach based on lead research (e.g., job postings, tech adoption, leadership changes)

·       Using a structured sales methodology like SPIN, MEDDIC, or Challenger to guide discovery conversations

·       Managing a high-volume outbound cadence while maintaining quality and attention to detail

·       Working in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments with evolving playbooks and messaging

·       Handling common objections like “we’re not switching Electronic Health Records (EHRs)” or “we’re too busy” with confidence and empathy

·       Google and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Bonus points if you have experience with:

·       Navigating conversations with clinical decision-makers such as Directors of Nursing or agency administrators

·       Understanding of EHR, or AI technology

·       Understanding the medical field industry (terminology, pain points, etc.)

What you can expect:

·       Competitive monthly salary with commission for booked meetings

·       Fully remote

·       Career mobility - potential for promotions and salary adjustments

·       Competitive monthly salary with commission for booked meetings:

o  Base Salary (20 hours) - $400

o  Commission - $1 per booked appointment

o  Bonus - $20 if goals achieved
