About The Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced
Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring needs across various roles and industries. You will work independently, using our
provided ATS to manage recruitment pipelines, source talent, and deliver results. This is a performance-based role, ideal for recruiters who are confident in their ability to deliver hires and earn through successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients or hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Source and engage candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Conduct pre-screenings and assess candidate fit
- Present qualified candidates with detailed summaries
- Manage interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Track progress and candidate stages using our ATS
- Ensure full GDPR compliance in all recruitment activity
- Provide regular updates and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (agency, in-house, or freelance)
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- PFA (Persoană Fizică Autorizată) + EU VAT Certificate is mandatory for collaboration
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on successful placements
