The contract period spans a minimum of 6 months initially, with the possibility of extension up to 18 to 24 months (1.5 to 2 years) through a rolling contract arrangement

- If you are located anywhere in the Europe then you must be willing to travel at your own expenses to Amsterdam, Netherlands

Role: AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) Administrator
Essential Skills:
- Good understanding on VDI technologies Azure Virtual Desktop & Win365
- Operations and Deployment knowledge on Azure Virtual Desktop
- Hands on experience in implementing and supporting of AVD with DR
- Good skills on Windows Client and Server OS, Azure Image Gallery. Creating and customization of Images
- Configure and deploy FSLOGIX and required infra in AVD
- Configure Optimization & Security features on hostpools
- In-depth knowledge of Azure services - AAD, AADS, RBAC, Storage, Policies, Backup, Recovery Service Vault, Azure Firewall, Private Link, UDR, Security, Azure File share, AVD Autoscaling, & Azure Monitor
- User Profile management in AVD
- Troubleshooting AVD related issues and BAU support
- Knowledge related to AD, Networking and Azure services
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge on automation with DevOps, Terraform, Biceps will be plus
- Create MSIX application packages to a maximum of 6 applications, Deploy and Test the packaged applications
- Knowledge on Group Policy, Active Directory and Registry settings., Security concepts
- Application modernization knowledge with MSIX App Attach & 3rd party products
- Storage concepts
- Automation concepts
- M365 concepts
- AZ140, ITIL, & AZ900 Certification will be an added advantage•
- Sound Knowledge of 3rd party tools i.e. Nerdio, Hydra, Liquit, Lakeside Systrack etc
Role Description:
- Prepare Golden Image, customize the image, windows patching, capture the image using sysprep
- Deploying AVD in hostpool
- Provide BAU support, interacting with clients, fixing issues related to Azure Virtual machine
- Monitor the insights, alerts related to AVD, Plan upgrade during off business hours when most sessions hosts are free, and apply updates in free machines so that work is least impacted
