Are you an engineer with a drive for product management or and product owner with hands-on experience in engineering and architecture, then this position could be something for you. We are looking for a highly motivated technical Product Owner to improve the security posture and developer experience within Swisscom, through the success of Secrets Management (currently HashiCorp Vault). This role requires a blend of product management skills and technical expertise in infrastructure and security technologies. You will play a critical role in defining the vision & roadmap for this service, managing stakeholders and consumers, as well as leading the feature development and delivery process. You will work closely with your team constsing of internal engineers and our partner in an agile environment.
What You Move
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, industry trends, and business goals.
Translate business and technical requirements into user stories and technical specifications.
Define and communicate clear product roadmaps aligned with the overall company strategy
Work closely with development teams to guide feature implementation, ensuring quality and alignment with best practices and security standards.
Coordinate with external partners and vendors to facilitate successful integration and support.
Promote the service across the company to help improve its security culture
Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
Proven leadership skills with a strong product focus, preferably within technology or cybersecurity domains
Technical background with a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps and security principles.
Strong understanding of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
Excellent level of proficiency in English
Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault is a plus
Ability to manage external vendors is a plus

Contract terms
