ABOUT THE ROLE

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Innovative visionary who can present ideas via video concepts and storyboards.
• Gatekeeper with a keen eye for design, ensuring outstanding visual creatives for top mobile publishers.
• Thoughtful mentor for graphic and motion designers, creative strategists, and producers.

YOUR TASKS IN A NUTSHELL

• Collaborating with the Creative Strategist to develop imaginative visual concepts for high-performing UA assets tailored for the mobile industry, including videos, statics, and ASO assets.
• Overseeing the creative production process: crafting briefs, providing feedback, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality assets that align with clients' brand guidelines and performance objectives.
• Auditing client-provided assets, reviewing technical specifications and ensuring their implementation in creative development.
• Presenting creative concepts and pitches to clients.
• Mentoring junior team members and collaborating with the Lead Motion Graphic Designer to enhance quality and optimize processes.

ABOUT YOU

To succeed in this role:

CREATIVITY

• You have proven experience creating and directing content for digital media. Maybe you've worked as an Art Director, or you're an experienced Motion Designer ready to take the next step in your career.
• You're talented in turning key messages into compelling narratives via storyboards.
• Ideally, you come from a background at a marketing agency or mobile publisher (having experience specifically with mobile marketing would be a big plus!).

EXPERTISE

• You have advanced knowledge of 2D motion design video production (3D and live shooting are considered a bonus!).
• You can manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly based on new insights and data.
• You are fueled by a strong interest in modern technology and a willingness to immerse yourself in the mobile industry.

COMMUNICATION

• You are able to communicate creative concepts effectively in fluent English with both our clients and the team.
• You know how to inspire the team with diverse perspectives on creative concepts and introduce alternative sources of inspiration.
