Growth Marketing Junior Analyst at BairesDev
As a Growth Marketing Junior Analyst at BairesDev, you will support the marketing team in developing and implementing growth strategies across various channels. You'll assist with campaign execution, data analysis, and optimization efforts while learning about growth marketing tactics under the guidance of experienced marketing professionals.
What You Will Do:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Help collect and analyze marketing performance data and metrics.
- Support A/B testing and optimization of marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to content creation for various marketing channels.
- Aid in researching market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with team members on growth marketing projects and initiatives.
What we are looking for:
- 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels and growth strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and data analysis.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing concepts.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
- Good level of English.
