Full Stack Developer

Description of Role:
You will be part of a core engineering team, building a high-tech business application platform. You
are a self-motivated highly technical engineer that can wear many hats and is excited to learn along
the way. You are entrepreneurial in nature and balance between building the coolest product using
bleeding-edge technology with sharp timing and established stable technologies. As a back-end
engineer you’re obsessed with the ideas of performance, scale and well-designed, well-abstracted,
reusable code. You have a strong sense of personal responsibility towards delivering efficient and
genuine work. Most importantly you display good interpersonal skills and think that communication
with colleagues from various departments and executive levels through digital means should be the
new norm.

Key Activities, Responsibilities and Duties:
• Follow new technical business specifications
• Encounter and report/document current issues
• Maintain current system processes
• Develop and document new modules
• Programming scalable and clean code
• Market analysis
• Full-cycle application development
• Designing product development strategies
• Selection of the most suitable technologies
• Development of databases
• Product optimization
• Product demonstration
• Meeting deadlines and agreements with the customer
• Support of the project after its completion and integration of updates
• API development and integration
• Software security provisioning
• Preparation of documentation and reports on the work done.
• Software product designer
• Assist in the development of a master architecture design and development strategy for a in house brand products.
• Lead a product development budget and take a hands on approach to make sure company targets are kept.
• Develop SOPs for go to market hand over and liaison with consulting and technology teams for Go to Market and customer support operations
Qualifications:
Required
▪ B.S. in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
▪ 4+ years of software development experience
▪ Expert knowledge of all languages we mentioned we work with mostly Vue.js & .Net
