About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful HR Specialist to join our global team. This remote role will support our people operations by managing core HR activities including recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee support. You will be instrumental in sourcing and hiring top talent, ensuring smooth onboarding experiences, and providing continuous support through training and performance reinforcement.

The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in end-to-end recruitment, is confident with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and is eager to contribute to a high-performance and growth-oriented culture.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Actively source talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, building candidate pipelines for open and future roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and align recruitment efforts with departmental needs.


Onboarding & Training

  • Lead new hire onboarding, ensuring a seamless introduction to company culture, tools, and policies.
  • Deliver training sessions to support initial ramp-up and skills development.
  • Support ongoing learning by assisting in retraining initiatives and answering questions from current employees experiencing performance challenges.
  • Help implement employee engagement and retention initiatives in collaboration with global HR.


Who We’re Looking For

HR Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with onboarding and delivering employee training.
  • Proficient use of LinkedIn Recruiter is a must.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is preferred.


Communication & Tools Proficiency

  • Advanced English level, both written and verbal.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


Work Style

  • Remote individual contributor role requiring self-discipline, time management, and collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented team player who thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment.


Additional Information

  • This is a mid-level individual contributor role with no direct reports.
  • This role is 100% remote.
  • Applicants must have a reliable internet connection and be comfortable working across time zones with international teams
