As a Senior Financial Analyst you will be leading the implementation of data-lead solutions across the function to improve the value of the reporting and analysis. A critical role in the team, reporting into the Finance Director this person will be a key part in the modernisation of the Nordics Finance team. You will also be a key partner to the marketing and operations departments supporting their data, process and cost & budget reporting. You will push forward improvement projects without being dragged into weekly, monthly cycles.

What You'll Do
Lead the building of creative, data-driven solutions for finance
Leverage group tech tools to build a streamlined local ecosystem, improving the efficiency with which data is extracted and analysed from the accounting and other key company systems.
Identify areas where reporting can be improved, automated or scaled
Use to data combinations to save time at month end
Create visual reportings to paint a picture of key metrics
Assist the Finance Director with company presentations and finance analysis for group
Drive development of the annual operating plan, financial forecasts and strategic plans
Responsible for the provision and analysis of data for sales forecasting and cost analysis.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of financial experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or related field
Very proficient in excel and / or G-sheets with experience working with high volumes of data
SQL knowledge required
Experience with Tableau and Oracle or similar tools a bonus
Strong analytical mindset with a desire to get involved in the detail
Ability to communicate well with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
Ability to work autonomously
Positive "can-do" attitude
Detailed understanding of finance process best practices
Fluent in English. Nordic language is a plus.
