About the Role

As a Hardware Architect, you will play a key role in the design and development of high-tech hardware systems. You’ll lead multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities while collaborating with peers, customers, and partners.

You’ll work on a diverse range of solutions from medical IoT devices to next-gen high-speed computing platforms.

This role covers the full development cycle: system requirement analysis, architecture design, schematic and PCB design, testing, and integration.

You’ll join a multidisciplinary team of 14 hardware, firmware, and embedded software experts, operating out of our inspiring office in Best, with the flexibility of hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate within structured development frameworks such as ISO-13485.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience in hardware design, ideally within European markets.
  • Strong background in high-tech electronics and complex hardware systems.
  • Hands-on experience with FPGA integration, memory interfaces, and RF modules.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch is a plus.
  • Conceptual thinker with strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
