Key Responsibilities:

• Feature Development: Collaborate in the design and implementation of new features, prioritizing an exceptional user experience (UX).
• Quality Assurance: Oversee bug reporting and resolution processes to maintain product stability and performance.
• Infrastructure Design: Contribute to the development of core systems, such as recommendation engines and adaptable free trial frameworks.
• AI Integration: Implement AI tools and automation strategies to enhance development efficiency and team productivity.
• Data-Driven Iteration: Leverage data insights to conduct rapid experiments and refine product features, fostering growth and user engagement.

Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency: Proven ability to utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT) to optimize productivity while upholding high-quality standards.
• Excellence in Execution: Dedication to delivering superior efficiency and product quality, with keen attention to detail and a user-centric focus.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive mindset for identifying challenges and devising solutions, analyzing issues through user, product, and data lenses.
• Continuous Learning: A passion for ongoing personal and professional development, with a commitment to mastering technical and industry knowledge beyond AI reliance.
• Preferred Experience: Experience in app development (Swift/Kotlin), product design, or user growth initiatives is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates of all experience levels, including recent graduates, are welcome to apply.
