You are directing creative while helping our clients achieve massive success, and using your skills, knowledge, and intuition to make and discuss concepts that look absolutely stunning. You are the creative heart of the company, and will be the go-to creative expert our team will look to (and our clients will look to) for guidance and direction. You must have a creative vision...a strong point of view, and a deep understanding and caring for our clients. You must have the fortitude to push designers when the results are not to your expectations. You must have high standards and to hold the people around you to the same high standards. Your office can be in Bali, LA, Rio, Barcelona....anywhere you can imagine, but your mind should be singularly focused on growing yourself, your team, and your clients through relentless and dedicated creative excellence.
But, if you're not a experiential creative, please do not apply. This means art directors (graphics), motion graphics people, interactive designers, or any other generalized creative directors. All of these people who are not structural event designers, it's not for you. The person applying to this role has at least 5 years experience doing 3D designs and renderings for TRADE SHOW EXHIBITS. If this is not you, please do not apply because there is no point.
