About the Role

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be responsible for defining and leading the company’s technology vision and strategy. You will oversee software architecture, engineering operations, technical innovation, and team leadership to drive the continued growth of digital products and services. This role is ideal for a dynamic technology leader with a strong background in software development and a passion for scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s technical strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing development teams across multiple locations.
• Oversee the architecture and development of scalable software platforms.
• Ensure the security, stability, and performance of all technology systems.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and implement new technologies that drive innovation and efficiency.
• Establish best practices for development, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Monitor emerging trends in software, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
• Align technology decisions with regulatory and compliance standards where required.

Requirements

• Proven experience (8+ years) in software engineering, including leadership at the senior level.
• Deep expertise in software development methodologies, architectures, and modern tech stacks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to lead distributed teams in a remote-first environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with previous experience in startups or scaling tech environments.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
