Job Summary

We are looking for a professional with over 5 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot, bilingual English skills, knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases, experience with AWS infrastructure, expertise in metrics and performance optimization, and a strong background in microservices development.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Previous Experience: Minimum of 3 years in similar roles within Human Resources, preferably in the fintech or technology sector.
• Communication Skills: Ability to express oneself clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media, and job platforms.
• English Proficiency: B2–C1 level, with the ability to communicate effectively in technical environments.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire talent acquisition process: From identifying staffing needs to onboarding new members
• Design and implement recruitment strategies: Utilize various technological tools and platforms to attract suitable candidates.
• Collaborate with team leaders and hiring managers: Define job profiles and establish selection criteria.
• Promote employer branding: Develop initiatives that strengthen the company's image as an attractive employer.
• Optimize recruitment and selection processes: Enhance efficiency and effectiveness in talent acquisition.
• Utilize technological tools: Implement and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other technologies to streamline the recruitment process.
