Job Summary
We are looking for a professional with over 5 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot, bilingual English skills, knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases, experience with AWS infrastructure, expertise in metrics and performance optimization, and a strong background in microservices development.
Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Previous Experience: Minimum of 3 years in similar roles within Human Resources, preferably in the fintech or technology sector.
Communication Skills: Ability to express oneself clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media, and job platforms.
English Proficiency: B2–C1 level, with the ability to communicate effectively in technical environments.
