WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Developing and communicating product vision and strategy
  • Conducting customer and market research, customer feedback analysis, and competitive assessments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prioritizing and defining product initiatives, considering market demand, user insights, and business goals.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive product roadmaps
  • Writing user stories
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Working to fully understand customer and stakeholder requirements and translate these into clear and prioritized epics and features, writing functional requirements for consumption by an agile software development team.


WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products.
  • Technical background owning cloud-native applications, with the ability to engage in constructive discussion with engineering leaders.
  • Experience leading Agile product teams, with a solid understanding of the fundamentals of the SDLC and a willingness to chart your own path towards delivery (Agile in spirit, but not dogmatic).
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Highly data-driven, using qualitative and quantitative insights to drive product recommendations
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using data and analytics to make informed decisions.
