Role Overview:
As a Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the social media strategy for Growth Hype Solutions and our clients. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and driving growth and engagement through innovative social media campaigns. Your strategic mindset and creative flair will help elevate our brand's presence and drive meaningful interactions across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement social media strategies for Growth Hype Solutions and clients, aligning with marketing goals and brand identity.
- Content Creation & Curation: Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (including graphics, video, and copy) for various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers to foster a strong online community.
- Campaign Management: Manage social media campaigns from concept to execution, tracking performance and optimizing content for maximum impact.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content is aligned with brand voice, tone, and guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional presence.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports, making data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and ROI.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of social media trends, tools, and technologies to keep content fresh, creative, and in line with current trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media with broader marketing initiatives and product launches.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and their best practices.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics) to track and measure performance.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to generate original content ideas.
- Experience with paid social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns at once, with excellent organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
