About the Role
Druce Digital is hiring on behalf of a global eCommerce marketplace client operating in the luxury and marine space. Our client connects buyers and sellers of high-value goods across international markets and is scaling rapidly. We're looking for a highly skilled Senior SEO Specialist to lead their organic growth strategy across multiple markets, including the UK, US and Europe.
This role requires someone with deep experience across all core areas of SEO - technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and backlink strategy. You’ll be responsible for shaping the full SEO roadmap, managing implementation and collaborating with internal stakeholders. You’ll also work closely alongside Druce Digital to bring the strategy to life and align with broader performance marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Own and manage the full SEO strategy (technical, on-page and off-page) across multiple international domains
✅ Conduct detailed keyword research, SEO audits and competitor analysis
✅ Monitor and report performance using GA4, GSC, Looker Studio, Semrush and more.
✅ Implement and oversee technical fixes, structured data, indexing, hreflang, site speed and crawl budget
✅ Optimise on-page elements including metadata, internal linking, headings and content structure
✅ Lead and develop backlinking and digital PR strategies alongside content teams
✅ Collaborate with developers, marketers and content creators to implement SEO recommendations
✅ Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
🔹 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
🔹 Proven expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimisation and backlink building
🔹 Strong auditing and troubleshooting skills
🔹 Proficient in tools like GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, Semrush, and Looker Studio
🔹 Excellent understanding of SEO best practices, ranking signals and content strategy
🔹 Confident communicator with stakeholder-facing experience
🔹 Comfortable managing large, complex websites or marketplaces
Nice to Have
✨ Background in marine, luxury, or eCommerce marketplace industries
✨ Familiarity with international SEO and platforms like WordPress or Ruby on Rails
