Compensation Range
-Salary Range: $900 – $1200/month (based on experience)

Interview Process
Our interview process is focused on day to day development:
-Practical coding tasks based on real-world scenarios to demonstrate your -technical expertise.
-Project discussion and technical deep-dives
-Culture-fit interview with our Agile Product Manager
We prioritize practical, real-world challenges over abstract algorithmic tests, so be prepared to discuss previous projects, design decisions, and architectural challenges.
In addition, we will also have a culture fit interview with our Agile Product Manager to evaluate cross-collaboration within our development teams.
