About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Strategic Business Engagement (SBE) Team. Full-time freelance B2B, 100% remote (Europe-based candidates only).
You will be working on a program focused on enabling high-value AI use cases (starting with GenAI) by building fit-for-purpose platforms and services—laying the foundation for a Center of Excellence in AI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze business requirements for GenAI and non-GenAI solutions
• Map and document current/future state business processes
• Act as the communication bridge between stakeholders and the dev team
• Co-design and validate AI solutions in collaboration with technical teams
• Create user stories, functional specs, and business documentation
• Support in testing (SME/UAT), ensuring business needs are met
Requirements:
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst (ideally in AI-related environments)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and BA tools
• Python scripting (intermediate) or willingness to learn prompt engineering
• SQL skills (e.g., Snowflake) for exploring data and aligning insights
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Based in CET time zone or able to work CET-friendly hours (some global overlap required)
