General Manager - Marketing in BANGLADESH

We’re hiring a General Manager – Marketing to lead our remote-first marketing agency YouTIQA. You’ll be responsible for managing marketing operations, team leadership, strategy execution, and client coordination — with the goal of driving measurable growth across multiple projects and platforms.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, digital-first environment and can manage a team of creatives, analysts, and client accounts — fully online.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a remote marketing team (designers, content writers, ad specialists, etc.)
• Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital platforms
• Oversee social media, paid campaigns, branding, and SEO projects
• Maintain client relationships and ensure timely project delivery
• Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports
• Collaborate with leadership on agency growth goals and innovation
• Handle team evaluations, task prioritization, and weekly review sessions

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, including team leadership
• Proven record of managing campaigns (Facebook/Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
• Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, and analytics
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently and lead a fully remote team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in working with international clients or agencies
• Creative thinking with a growth-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, ClickUp, Canva, Meta Business Manager, Google Workspace

Weekend: Saturday & Sunday

Salary: BDT 50,000 – 85,000/month (Based on experience)
