Role Overview:

We’re looking for a skilled developer to join our team, with a strong focus on solving complex programming challenges and building scalable systems. This role involves writing clean, reliable code and owning the evolution of our Martech stack, including tools like Clickhouse, Postgres, Segment, HubSpot, and HelpScout. You'll be responsible for developing and expanding data pipelines, warehouses, and cloud infrastructure to support business operations. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to address real-world problems, and leverage AI tools and automation where applicable to enhance efficiency and output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Writing code. This is a developer role that will require you to leverage your experience to solve complex programming problems.
• Own and evolve our Martech systems - Clickhouse, Postgres, Segment, HubSpot, HelpScout, and more.
• Build and expand robust data pipelines, warehouses and cloud infrastructure.
• Solve real business problems by working directly with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools and automations to boost speed and output where it makes sense.
• Write clean, reliable code - build systems that are easy to operate, document, and scale.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with TypeScript and SQL

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Python, Ruby, React, AWS, and Terraform

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm PHT
