This is a fully remote role for an experienced Tech Recruiter who understands more than stacks and job boards. You'll act as a direct recruitment partner to the client, embedded in their team, supporting the growth of high-performing technical functions.
You won't be sourcing "numbers". You'll be building trust, advising hiring managers, and delivering the right talent — with precision and care.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruitment for tech roles (engineering, devops, product, etc.)
- Collaborate directly with hiring managers to define and refine job requirements
- Source, assess and engage top technical talent across geographies
- Ensure a transparent, respectful and informed candidate experience
- Act as a strategic advisor in hiring decisions, not just an executor
What We Expect From You
- 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong understanding of technical profiles, stacks and market dynamics
- Fluency in English (mandatory) — this is a global team
- Autonomy, critical thinking and professional maturity
- Experience working remotely and cross-functionally
