Position: Backend Developer 

Location: Fully remote 

Work Schedule: min 30 hours per week

What we are looking for

We are seeking a Backend Developer to join our team for a technologically innovative and advanced project. The primary focus is on developing a marketing and campaign automation SaaS platform, with a high-load and large data ingesting service and infrastructure, utilising Node.Js, TypeScript, NestJs, Kafka, and various Database technologies.

We operate in a Results-Only Work Environment (ROWE) — where performance is measured by outcomes, not hours. What matters most is delivering high-quality work on time. You’ll be expected to work independently, take ownership of your responsibilities, and manage your time and priorities effectively. Autonomy and accountability go hand in hand here.

Who you are 

• 2 years of experience in a similar role, ready to hit the ground running
• 2 years of hands-on TypeScript experience
• At least 1 year of working with NestJs
• Experience with front-end technologies like ReactJs and NextJs
• You write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that others can rely on
• You love solving problems and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You know your way around Git workflows and CI/CD processes
• Proficient in English – we need strong communication to make things happen
