Role Description

As our Project-Based WordPress Designer, you’ll transform client briefs into polished WordPress sites. You’ll work closely with our UX/UI team to integrate design concepts into custom themes and layouts, handling everything from initial mockups to final implementation and launch.

Responsibilities

1. Theme & Plugin Customization: Set up and tailor WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
2. Responsive Development: Build and test sites to ensure seamless performance on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
3. Client Collaboration: Interpret briefs, present design mockups, gather feedback, and refine until approval.
4. Performance Optimization: Compress images, minify code, and follow SEO best practices for fast-loading pages.
5. Quality Assurance: Conduct cross-browser testing, fix bugs, and ensure accessibility standards are met.
6. Documentation & Handoff: Provide clear documentation and guidelines for site maintenance and future updates.

Facilities

• Compensation: ৳30,000 – ৳50,000 per project
