🎯 About the Role
We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Colombia to help us scale our ability to identify, assess, and place incredible Colombian professionals into remote roles with U.S.-based companies. We focus on high-level Executive Assistants but plan to expand targeted roles with an in-house recruiter.
You’ll take ownership of a custom hiring process we’ve built from scratch. It includes automated screening, world-class behavioral assessments, and AI-enhanced tools. You’ll have the freedom to innovate while being deeply supported by our systems, values, and leadership.
This is a great fit for a recruiter who is entrepreneurial, resourceful, fluent in English, and excited by the chance to help people access life-changing job opportunities.
💼 Responsibilities
- Manage our custom hiring pipeline using Airtable, including tracking applicant stages and moving candidates efficiently through the process
- Screen resumes and video submissions
- Conduct candidate interviews in English with a focus on both skillset and behavioral fit
- Collaborate directly with the founder to refine job descriptions, improve screening flows, and increase successful placements
- Help optimize and improve the automation and workflow processes across platforms (Airtable, Make.com, and others)
- Keep candidates informed and engaged with timely communication and a great candidate experience
- Offer input on market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends in Colombia
🧠 You Might Be a Fit If You...
- Are fluent in English (written and spoken), as you’ll be leading interviews and messaging candidates primarily in English.
- Have prior experience in recruiting, HR, or candidate placement (bonus if it’s for U.S. companies or remote roles).
- Are highly organized and confident managing workflows in systems like Airtable or CRMs
- Understand the Colombian and LATAM talent market and are passionate about helping professionals access U.S. opportunities.
- Can spot high-performers and understand the behaviors that make someone a long-term fit.

- Holidays: Colombian holidays observed
