Job Title: Software Tester (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute test cases (manual and/or automated) to identify bugs and issues
• Collaborate with developers and project teams to understand requirements
• Report bugs clearly and track them through to resolution
• Perform regression, functional, usability, and performance testing
• Contribute to test planning, documentation, and quality assurance processes
• Ensure software meets user expectations and company standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a software testing or QA role
• Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail)
• Understanding of SDLC and various testing methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• ISTQB certification is a plus, but not required
