Senior Product Designer in INDONESIA

We're seeking a talented Product Designer from Indonesia to join our team full-time. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape our digital presence and product offerings through thoughtful design that balances aesthetics with functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UI/UX design process for our SaaS platforms, from conceptualization to implementation
• Develop and maintain our brand identity across all digital touchpoints
• Design and enhance our company website with a focus on user experience and conversion
• Create intuitive, user-centered interfaces for our digital products
• Build and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
• Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper implementation of designs
• Provide occasional graphic design support for marketing materials and presentations
• Stay current with design trends and technologies to continually improve our visual language

Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design for web applications or SaaS platforms
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your design thinking and execution
• Proficiency with Figma and other modern design tools
• Experience creating responsive designs for web and mobile interfaces
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective design solutions
• Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with user testing and research methods
• Previous work with SaaS products
• Background in branding and visual identity development
