The Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations & Project Manager to lead the delivery, coordination, and optimization of our services. You will oversee cross-functional teams, implement operational systems, and ensure timely, high-quality execution for our clients. This role requires someone who thrives in high-growth startups or agency-like settings and has a passion for building efficient, scalable infrastructure.
Core Responsibilities
Service Delivery Leadership
- Oversee end-to-end creator operations, ensuring content creation, support, and communication workflows are timely and meet quality standards.
- Directly manage the Client Success Manager and Creative Directors.
- Indirectly oversee Editors and operational support staff.
Project & Workflow Management
- Choose and implement the right project management tool (e.g., ClickUp, Notion, Airtable).
- Plan, assign, and track all projects including launches, campaigns, and shoots.
- Hold teams accountable to timelines and deliverables.
Strategic Coordination
- Act as the bridge between the executive team and operational execution.
- Identify delays, escalate blockers, and proactively provide solutions.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all creators.
Team Management
- Manage 5–7 direct reports and foster accountability and culture across 20–40 team members.
- Drive SOP adoption and continuous team alignment.
Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor key performance indicators such as turnaround times, campaign outcomes, and client satisfaction.
- Continuously improve SOPs and internal processes to increase efficiency.
Required Experience & SkillsMust-Have Experience
- 5+ years in operations or project management
- Experience in remote-first companies
- Background in content creation, media, or agency-related industries
- Proven success scaling teams quickly
- Experience building infrastructure from scratch
- Strong background in SOP creation, team management, and hiring
- Led cross-functional teams (client success, marketing, content)
- Successful implementation of project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, Monday, Asana, etc.)
- Comfortable in high-growth startup environments
Key Skills
- Strong project management skills (PMP, SCRUM, or similar certifications are a plus)
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Natural leader: Motivates without micromanaging, drives team-wide adoption of systems
- Detail-oriented: Builds repeatable processes and maintains operational excellence
- Strong communicator: Can brief executives and coach creatives effectively
- Culturally aware: Able to navigate Spanish-speaking creator needs and team dynamics
