OLM Business Solutions is a recruitment consultancy on a mission to match great companies with top talent. We are looking for a Freelance Recruiter to help source and interview candidates for our open jobs in Switzerland, France, Benelux and USA.
What You’ll Do
- Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and networks
- Screen resumes and run Zoom/Teams interviews for every qualified profile
- Coordinate interviews and share concise candidate feedback
- Build and nurture your talent pipeline for mid‑ to senior‑level roles in the EU and U.S.
What You Bring
- 3+ years’ recruiting or talent‑acquisition experience
- Proven success sourcing passive and active mid‑/senior‑level candidates
- Strong Zoom/Teams presence and clear, confident communication
- Hands‑on experience with ATS tools and basic HR compliance
- Self‑starter attitude—thrives in a fully remote setup
- Negotiation skills and a knack for building lasting relationships
- Fluent English (French is a big plus)
