We're Hiring: Freelance Mid-Level Creative (Remote, APAC hours)

At 43rd Street, every collaborator is a specialist—an expert in their craft—guided by senior creative leads who’ve worked with some of the world’s biggest names, including Amazon, The Trade Desk, and top global ad agencies. Our team doesn’t just meet briefs—we consistently elevate them, pushing creative boundaries and delivering more than expected.
Right now, we’re on the lookout for a freelance mid-level creative who can jump into projects with fresh thinking, sharp aesthetic sensibility, and hands-on execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Conceptualize & Art Direct Video Content: Work closely with our creative leads and clients to shape compelling narratives and strong visual directions for branded video campaigns.
- Vendor & Production Management: Liaise with external creative partners—directors, editors, animators, etc.—to bring ideas to life, on time and on budget.
- Execute Light Design Work: From pitch decks to sales one-pagers, you’ll have the eye and tools to design clean, effective marketing materials.
- Translate Complex Info into Visuals: Digest large volumes of information and transform them into clear, visually engaging core marketing collateral.
- Event Design Adaptability: Understand how creative systems need to flex across event spaces—from stage backdrops to directional signage.
- Collaborate with Heart: Be a team player who’s proactive, open to feedback, and communicates well across departments.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A conceptually driven creative with 3–5 years of experience (agency experience is a big plus).
- Fluent in spoken and written English—you can clearly communicate ideas and collaborate seamlessly across teams and with clients.
- Comfortable directing creative projects end-to-end.
- Highly visual and organized, with the ability to work fast and flexibly.
- Experienced in working on event-based campaigns or large-scale activations.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Based within APAC timezone hours or able to work overlapping hours.
