Job Overview
As a Frontend Engineer in the Product Group, you will work on ROOV walk, a web-based 3D space-sharing service. Collaborate with PdMs, back-end, 3D engineers, and designers to drive product development through continuous PoC iterations and innovative web frontend technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement frontend features for ROOV walk and related ecosystem applications.
- Understand and execute complex feature requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Actively contribute ideas, feedback, and solutions in a proactive and open-minded manner.
- Stay updated and experiment with modern technologies such as Vue, Nuxt, React, GraphQL, WebGL, and more.

- Frontend: TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6), Vue, Nuxt, React, Next.js, Three.js, Webpack, Sass
- Infrastructure: AWS (ECS, EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, etc.)

Requirements
Must-Have
- 3+ years frontend development using TypeScript/JavaScript with Vue, React, or similar frameworks
- Advanced Japanese communication skills (spoken and written)
- Leadership in area of responsibility
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Passion for frontend tech and eagerness to learn
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with 3D/game programming, animation, or interaction
- Familiarity with Node.js, serverless, and cloud platforms
- Understanding of 3D data, textures, video/media data
- Background in art/design or experience collaborating closely with creatives
