Information Technology Administrator in PHILIPPINES

Align HCM is hiring an IT Administrator to work from home as part of our talented global team! We offer the chance to be part of a fantastic, high-performing team that is always learning and growing. We are fully remote, collaborating from our home offices located across Canada, the United States, and the Philippines.


The IT Administrator ensures the smooth onboarding and offboarding of Aligners in all locations, supports IT process improvements, and manages software and hardware lifecycle planning. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to optimize IT operations.


Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Ticket Management & IT Support
  • Asset & Access Management
  • Process & Software Improvements
  • Vendor & Budget Management
  • IT Vision & Strategy


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
  • 4 years of experience in IT administration, asset management, and software procurement
  • Proficiency in IT ticketing systems, Microsoft 365, and IT asset management tools
  • Strong knowledge of software licensing, vendor management, and budget tracking
  • Experience with IT onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams


Preferred Qualifications

  • ITIL Foundation
  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • CompTIA A+ or Network+
  • Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP)

This is an overnight position scheduled Monday - Friday of each week during standard business hours for the Eastern Time Zone (SST -12hr)
