We're Hiring: Frontend React Developer (Remote | Full-Time)

Business Consulting Group (BCG) is an outsourcing company based in Skopje, Macedonia, hiring for its Canadian client ScopeMatch Inc.

ScopeMatch is looking for a junior to intermediate React developer to join our small but ambitious team! If you're passionate about building modern UIs and want to take full ownership of the frontend in a real-world product, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Take full responsibility for the frontend architecture and implementation
• Collaborate closely with our lead developer and contribute to meaningful product decisions
• Build and maintain UI components that are clean, reusable, and scalable
• Work independently and thrive in a dynamic, startup environment

• A tight-knit team of 3 — you’ll be the 4th member
• Communication and collaboration via Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams

You Should Have

• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Based in Macedonia
• At least 1 year of hands-on React development experience
• A portfolio or GitHub with projects you're proud of
• Solid understanding of modern frontend practices
• The confidence to work independently, but not afraid to ask questions
