Dubai (relocation on offer)

18-28k AED (equivalent of £45-75k tax free) + bonus + HEAPS of benefits

Amazing opportunity to join a fast paced, and growing SaaS platform in Dubai. Looking for an A* Digital User Experience Manager to enhance customer experience and conversion for their global customers.

Please note - this role will require you to start remotely, and relocate to Dubai in September 2024.

The Role

As mentioned, you will own the UX function, and will oversee the following:

• Strategy and Implementation.
• User Behavior Analysis.
• Conversion Funnel Optimization.
• User Feedback Integration.
• Split Testing & Experimentation.
• Team Building and Leadership

You

These guys are building a super smart team of experienced professionals to help them grow – they want the best of the best. You will need:

• 5+ years experience in a digital UX role.
• A proven track record of delivering substantial business growth through focused UX initiatives.
• Experience in a SaaS platform is ideal, but an ecommerce background is also considered if you have worked on a site with a high volume of visitors (a portfolio of your sites is required).
• Proficiency in conducting A/B testing and multivariate testing.
• Expertise in utilizing a variety of CRO tools and methodologies.
• A data driven and highly analytical mindset.
• Experienced in team building and leadership.
