We are currently expanding our team and looking for a Senior Solana Developer to join us in building advanced DeFi infrastructure—bridges, DEXes, liquidity routers, and beyond.

What you’ll work on
You’ll be part of a small, focused team working on high-impact DeFi projects. Responsibilities include designing, building, testing, and maintaining secure and efficient smart contracts and infrastructure components on Solana.
Requirements
• Solid professional experience with Solana and Rust
• Fluency with at least one blockchain ecosystem: Ethereum (or another EVM-based), Solana, Cardano, Tezos, or Internet Computer
• 2+ years of experience in front-end, back-end, or full-stack development
• 1+ years of experience writing, testing, and deploying production-grade code on Solana
• Experience with Solana dev tools: transaction submission, data retrieval, key management
• Good understanding of Solana/DeFi app security practices
• Knowledge of token standards such as ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155
• Experience developing and integrating decentralized applications (both frontend and backend)
• Basic knowledge of cryptographic primitives: public/private keys, signing, encryption, hashing
• Solid grasp of fundamental algorithms and data structures: binary search tree, DFS, hashtable, quicksort, etc.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and infrastructure tools: Docker, Nix, Kubernetes
• Strong coding habits: git, pull requests, code review, clean structure
• Timezone closer to UTC+2 preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Nice to have
• Experience working with the TON blockchain
• Knowledge of TypeScript, Haskell, OCaml
• Experience conducting security audits and identifying vulnerabilities
• Understanding of HTTP, TCP/IP stack, and modern API synchronization models
Responsibilities
• Build secure and efficient code for Solana-based applications
• Coordinate task distribution and development workflow with another engineer
• Take part in daily syncs and planning meetings with team members
• Conduct code reviews and uphold code quality standards
• Review and audit internal and third-party code
• Write and run unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Document your work: design specs, user guides, and APIs
• Stay current with the Solana ecosystem and cryptographic advancements
• Optimize code performance and gas/resource efficiency
• Ensure security best practices across the codebase
• Maintain and support deployed apps, fixing bugs and resolving issues as needed
